👩‍🏫 Meet Samantha – Inclusion Support (Left)

Samantha has been part of the Bambi’s team since 2019.

Sam brings over 20 years of experience in childcare, and is also a proud mum to four children of her own.

🤝 Meet Carla – Deputy Inclusion Support (Right)

Carla is the Co-Owner of Bambi’s and brings over 20 years of childcare experience to the setting. Alongside her leadership role, Carla also supports our Inclusion work as Deputy Inclusion Support.

As a parent of a neurodiverse child, Carla brings personal insight, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusion. She works closely with the team and families to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive—emotionally, socially, and developmentally.

We work closely with the team to support children in overcoming any challenges they may face—whether that’s building confidence, supporting speech and language development, managing feelings and behaviour, or helping them form positive relationships with others.

Together with staff and families, we help plan and implement strategies that support each child’s individual needs and ensure they reach their full potential as they prepare for their next steps in learning.

• Level 3 in Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Total Communication training– including Makaton to support non-verbal or developing communicators

We are in experienced in creating and tailoring My Plans for individual children and providing one-to-one support where needed to help them thrive.

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued. We provide a calm, nurturing space—including access to our sensory shed (below) — where children can be themselves and take a break when needed.

We also work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child has 100% access to their learning and education, no matter their starting point or individual needs.
